The base 6R80G machine has been adapted for production work with a dedicated semi-automatic pneumatic clamping station: a technological cassette with a bank of vertical pneumatic cylinders (at least 4-5 clamping sections) integrated with air distribution lines, plus a front operator panel with cycle Start/Stop buttons, safety valve, pressure gauge and emergency stop. Working cycle: the operator loads the part into the fixture, presses start, the cylinders clamp the part at set pressure, the working feed engages and milling proceeds; after the pass a rapid return and automatic unclamping follows. Suitable for repetitive machining of aluminium profiles, steel bars and hardware without manual clamps.
