How We Work
WeSellMachines.com is run by Marcin Białczyk as a sole proprietorship. The business behind this website combines several ways of working with used industrial machinery: we buy and sell machines directly, we act as a broker between sellers and buyers, and we source machines on request. Which of these forms a given project takes depends on the transaction. Before you make any binding commitment, you will know which entity signs the contract, what role we play, and what is included in the service.
For buyers
If you are looking for a used machine, you can browse the machines currently advertised on this website or send us your requirements. Machines shown on WeSellMachines.com are advertised through Białczyk sp. z o.o. Where a machine is sourced on request, the search in Poland is usually handled by Spartacus Machinery sp. z o.o.
We share the information we have about each machine and answer technical and commercial questions as far as our knowledge allows. We do not describe machines as inspected or verified unless a specific inspection has been agreed and carried out for that particular machine. If you would like to see a machine before deciding, let us know — viewing arrangements are agreed case by case.
Depending on the transaction, our work for buyers may include dismantling of the machine, relocation, support in organizing transport, and support with customs, tax and legal formalities related to the machinery trade. The exact scope is always agreed in advance, before any binding commitment.
For sellers
If you want to sell a machine or an entire production plant, several cooperation models are possible. Depending on the machine and the situation, we may buy the machine directly, look for a buyer as a broker, or take your machine into our sourcing activities. We will tell you openly which model we propose and why.
Where a price needs to be established, the valuation is prepared by Marcin Białczyk, who has been valuing machines and businesses for more than 15 years. The valuation is based on long-term market and transaction experience; it is not a state-certified appraisal.
Once a cooperation model is agreed, the machine may be advertised through Białczyk sp. z o.o. on this website and offered to our network of end users and professional dealers across Europe and in selected markets beyond.
How a transaction may proceed
Every project is different, but a typical transaction may proceed as follows:
- Initial contact. You tell us what you want to buy or sell, and we clarify the basic parameters: machine type, condition, location, timing.
- Information and valuation. We collect the available technical information, photos and documents. Where a price needs to be established, a valuation is prepared.
- Roles confirmed. Before any binding commercial commitment or billing document is issued, we confirm which entity will be the contracting party — this may be Marcin Białczyk, Białczyk sp. z o.o. or Spartacus Machinery sp. z o.o. — what role WeSellMachines plays in the transaction, and the scope of services.
- Agreement. Price, timing and responsibilities are set out.
- Execution. Where agreed, this may include dismantling, relocation, support in organizing transport, and customs, tax and legal formalities related to the machinery trade.
- Settlement and handover.
Not every transaction includes all of these steps. The scope confirmed in step 3 is the one that applies to your project.
International projects
We work with buyers and sellers in Europe and in selected markets outside Europe. Completed transactions include, for example, a Wood-Mizer HR500 saw sold to Africa, a sawmill sold to South America, and metalworking machines sold to Turkey.
Cross-border projects usually involve more logistics and paperwork than domestic ones. Where agreed, we support the organization of transport and the customs, tax and legal formalities connected with moving a machine between countries. The scope of this support is defined per transaction, before it begins.
