Experience in industrial machinery

Marcin is an engineer. He graduated with an engineering degree in Wrocław in 2000 and has worked with industrial machinery for more than 15 years. His work covers machines for the metal, woodworking, furniture, chemical, food, cosmetics and printing industries — from single machines to entire production plants. His day-to-day work covers the full cycle of a machine transaction: establishing the value, finding a counterparty, negotiating the terms and — where agreed — coordinating dismantling and delivery.

Alongside running WeSellMachines as a sole proprietorship, Marcin is the president of the management board of two companies involved in the machinery business: Spartacus Machinery sp. z o.o., which usually handles the sourcing of machines in Poland, and Białczyk sp. z o.o., through which machines are advertised. Which entity is the contracting party in a given transaction is always confirmed before any binding commitment — this is a fixed rule of how we work.

A significant part of Marcin's work is the valuation of machines and businesses: establishing what a machine or a production operation is worth in the current market. His valuations are based on more than 15 years of transaction and market experience. They are not state-certified appraisals, and Marcin does not hold himself out as a licensed valuer — what clients get is a price assessment from someone who trades these machines.

A valuation is typically the starting point: for a seller, to set a realistic asking price; for a buyer, to judge an offer; for both sides, to negotiate on facts rather than guesswork.

Around the transaction itself, the support Marcin's business provides may include — depending on the transaction and where agreed — dismantling of the machine, relocation, help with organizing transport, and support with customs, tax and legal formalities related to the machinery trade. The scope is confirmed in writing before the project starts.

Cross-border work

Marcin works with buyers and sellers across Europe and in selected markets outside Europe, serving both end users and professional dealers. Examples of completed transactions:
