About WeSellMachines

WeSellMachines.com is a website where used industrial machines are advertised, and the business behind it is run by Marcin Białczyk as a sole proprietorship. The company combines direct buying and selling of machines, brokerage between sellers and buyers, and sourcing of machines on request. Depending on the transaction, we may cooperate with a disclosed partner company.

What WeSellMachines does

Our work takes three main forms. First, direct trade: we buy used industrial machines and sell them to new owners. Second, brokerage and deal arbitration: we connect a seller with a buyer and support the transaction between them. Third, sourcing: a buyer tells us what machine they need, and we look for it. Machines shown on this website are advertised through Białczyk sp. z o.o.; sourcing in Poland is usually handled by Spartacus Machinery sp. z o.o.

Our clients are end users — companies that put the machines to work — and professional dealers. Some projects are small, single-machine transactions; others involve entire plants. In each case the same rule applies: before any binding commercial commitment or billing document is issued, we confirm which entity signs the contract, what role we play, and what the service includes.

Because the business is owner-run, communication is direct: the person you discuss a machine with is the person who values it and negotiates the transaction. Before anything becomes binding, you receive a confirmation of the contracting entity, our role and the scope of services.

Industries and network

We work with machinery for the metal, woodworking, furniture, chemical, food, cosmetics and printing industries. Our network of sellers and buyers covers Europe and selected markets outside Europe. This network has been built over more than 15 years of day-to-day work in the machinery trade, so sourcing requests can be handled across several industries rather than a single niche. Completed transactions include, for example, a Wood-Mizer HR500 saw sold to Africa, a sawmill sold to South America, and metalworking machines sold to Turkey.

Services around a transaction

A machine sale is rarely only about the price. Depending on the transaction, our services may include a valuation of the machine or business, dismantling, relocation, support in organizing transport, and support with customs, tax and legal formalities related to the machinery trade. None of this is automatic: the scope is agreed in advance, and only what has been agreed is delivered. You can read a step-by-step description on how we work.

Transparent transaction roles

WeSellMachines.com is operated by Marcin Białczyk, a sole proprietorship registered at Podgórze 7, 58-230 Niemcza, Poland. Depending on the transaction, the contracting party may be Marcin Białczyk, Białczyk sp. z o.o. or Spartacus Machinery sp. z o.o. — and where a partner company is involved, it is disclosed. We consider it a basic rule of fair trade that you know who you are signing with before you sign. The same transparency applies to the role of WeSellMachines in a given transaction: buyer, seller, broker or sourcing partner.

The person behind the business is Marcin Białczyk, an engineer with more than 15 years of experience in industrial machinery, president of the management board of Spartacus Machinery sp. z o.o. and of Białczyk sp. z o.o. More about his background on his profile page.

If you are considering selling a machine or a plant, or you are looking for a specific machine, the first step is simple: send us the basic details. We will come back with a proposal that states the cooperation model, the contracting entity and the scope of services — before any commitment is made.
