Screening and conveying
The bolted two-deck screen box measures 2,400 x 1,200 mm and runs at 1,235 rpm. Manufacturer data for the 5000 CT gives a 39.9 kW (53 hp) Deutz diesel engine, a hopper of approximately 4.0 m³ and a rated screening capacity of about 300–400 t/h, depending on material and screen apertures. Side conveyors are 750 mm wide, while the oversize conveyor is 1,000 mm wide.
