Conveyor and sorting line for a joinery
Transport set from a joinery in Łódź that is being reorganised: flat belt conveyors feeding and receiving cut elements, an inclined elevator that takes offcuts to a container, and outfeed sorting tables fitted with pneumatic ejectors that push cut pieces sideways. The equipment worked together with the Dimter OptiCut 200 and Metal Technika OWD-1600 optimizing saws also offered from this plant, so it can be bought as a complete cutting cell.
Set composition
- Flat belt conveyor with motor-reducer drive
- Inclined elevator (belt conveyor on a steel frame) for offcuts and chips, discharging to a container
- Outfeed / sorting tables with pneumatic side ejectors (pushers)
- Flexible rubber guards and sheet-metal covers included
- Drive: 400 V / 50 Hz electric motors with gearboxes
- Pneumatic ejectors require a compressed air supply on site
- No nameplates present - dimensions and belt widths to be measured during inspection
Condition
Used, operational, wear consistent with the rest of the production line. Belts, gearboxes and pneumatic cylinders are the wearing parts and should be checked on site. Sold as inspected.

Price: 2,800 EUR net, EXW Łódź, Poland, for the set as photographed. Can be quoted together with the Dimter OptiCut 200 and the Metal Technika OWD-1600 as a complete second-hand cutting line.
