Complete turnkey production line for pressed wooden pallet supports, dismantled after finishing production by EP Serwis (Kozienice, Poland). Technological chain originally supplied and built by BIPROMASZ Bydgoszcz — mechanical mould transport system MBTM, nameplate year 2009.
Scope of the line
- Mould production line: screw feeder with weighing, sealing unit, weighing system, resin/acid dosing tanks, resin pump, hardener mixer, hardener pump, mixed raw material feeder
- Forming section: hopper with opening table, pre-press and mould locking, 52 production moulds, self-propelled mould carriage, sliding carriers, lid carriage with gripper, mould ejector
- Hydraulics: 3 hydraulic power packs, main control cabinet, 4 control desks (hopper, ejector, power packs, moulds/carriages)
- Resin storage: 2 resin tanks, 24,5 m³ each, with 2 transfer pumps
- Transporter MBTM weight approx. 3,375 kg; CE marked
Spare parts included
- New spare parts: closing-press table, main press cylinder, ejector, 11 ejector pins, 10 mould locks, 10 sealing-unit blades, 19 sealing-unit stators, 3 conveyor motors 0,75 kW and more
