We offer a stationary, semi-automatic waste sorting and baling installation for municipal and industrial waste (paper, cardboard, plastics, ferrous scrap), installed in an enclosed production hall. The line consists of machines from renowned European manufacturers and forms a complete technological chain: from the intake bunker, through manual sorting in a ventilated cabin, ferrous metal recovery, to high-pressure baling of the finished fraction.

Dismantling, Transport and Loading

The installation is designed for sectional dismantling: conveyors split at bolted joints, sorting cabin modules separable, separator requires a 3–5 t crane. Estimated net weight of the PRESONA press without power pack: approx. 12–16 t (low-loader required). Hydraulic oil to be drained into IBC containers before transport; cylinder rods and the magnet coil protected for transport. The line is sold as a complete installation as photographed.
