Complete Stator Assembly Line for HV Electric Motors

Complete stator assembly line for high-voltage electric motors, covering the full stator process across 16 operations (OP10-OP160): end plate glueing and laser marking, stator stack preparation, slot insulator insertion, copper wire winding, wire pre-forming and final forming, hot crimping of connectors, lacing, skewing and laser welding of the stator stack, EOL electrical measurement (low and high voltage), heat-shrink tube assembly and resin impregnation (trickling). Cycle time 86 s, TRP/OEE 75 %, line footprint approx. 1,500 m2. The line is currently not in use and is offered as a complete installation, located in Poland.

Core assembly machines are GROB-WERKE GM7066 (year 2021, verified from manufacturer nameplates); remaining stations were built by Tecnofirma, ZAW and Teknomatic. Controls: Siemens Simatic S7-1500 with Festo pneumatics and Siemens KP700/TP900/TP400 Comfort HMIs; the EOL tester runs on Beckhoff.
