Complete Fruit and Vegetable Processing Line – 27 Machines (Compotes, Jams, Juices, Canned Goods)

Complete processing line from a working fruit-and-vegetable processing plant (Chromowola near Koneck, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, Poland). A major part of the machine park is newer equipment from 2011 and 2014, complemented by older machines proven in long-term continuous operation. Sold as one complete technological line; the supplier will also consider selling in technological sections (e.g. canning section with autoclave, bottle filling section) or as individual machines.

Capacity

• Approx. 1,200 one-litre jars per hour (~1.5 tonnes per hour) on a reference product
• Per production day: approx. 28,800 jars / approx. 36 tonnes

• Sterilisation / pasteurisation of sealed packaging – autoclave (tins, jars; Pleszew, 2011), 3 tunnel pasteurisers
• Labelling – labellers for bottles, jars and cartons
• End-of-line packing – 3 heat-shrink tunnels, conveyors
