Used Conveyor System for Woodworking Shop — Belt Conveyors, Roller Tables, Workshop Batch

Used conveyor and material-handling equipment from a woodworking plant, sold as a batch: belt conveyors, roller tables, infeed/outfeed sections and workshop racking elements. Total length of the visible conveyor line sections approx. 4.5 m to 10 m depending on section (multiple units). Powered by electromechanical drive (electric gear motors), with pneumatic positioning / clamping elements, typical for feeding optimizing saws and moulders. This batch supported a production line that included a Dimter OptiCut 200 optimizing saw, a Metal Technika OWD-1600 optimizer and a Weinig Unimat 300 moulder (listed separately).

Approximate Section Data (as seen in workshop photos — confirm at handover)

• Working height of conveyor sections: approx. 1000 mm
• Visible conveyor section length: approx. 4500 mm (driven belt section)
• Sorting table run with clamping units: approx. 8000–10000 mm
• Pneumatic supply: 6–7 bar (matching the OWD-1600 optimizer in the same line)
• Feed motor drive: electric gear motors, power supply 400 V, 3-phase (typical)

Included (as seen in workshop photos):

• Belt conveyors with electric gear-motor drive (approx. 4.5 m visible section, working height approx. 1.0 m)
• Sorting / positioning table with pneumatic clamps and measuring scale (multiple clamping units along approx. 8–10 m)
• Inclined infeed / outfeed belt sections
• Roller and feeding tables, various lengths

Condition: Condition class C — complete constructions, thick sawdust/deposits, some control components missing. Requires thorough cleaning, service and reassembly. Configuration and exact number of sections to be confirmed at handover.

The equipment can be viewed ahead of purchase wherever possible. Dismantling and loading at buyer's arrangement.
