The mixer has a control cabinet with inverters for smooth speed regulation of the drum rotation and tilting, and a control panel for operating the mixer. The machine is solidly built and has a massive structure made entirely of stainless steel. The machine is controlled through an external control panel connected by cable to the machine, which can be placed in any convenient location for the operator, and the control unit is located away from the machine, making it easy to clean with high-pressure water. The mixer is equipped with inverters for regulating the speed of both the drum and the tilting mechanism. The use of an inverter also allows for a smooth and gentle start of the drives, without jerking the entire machine. The stainless steel construction and appropriate bearing system ensure the ability to work in highly aggressive environments, such as with fermented cabbage.
